Board Strategy

1) There are 10 category coins on the board: A Player who collects FIVE DIFFERENT coins of the ten (#’s 1 – 10) wins the game. The number of coins required to win can be changed at the start of the game if all Players agree.
2) To collect a category coin the Player only needs to land on OR pass over the coin markers on the board. Each Player collects the coins.
3) Being on the same color as the question provides an opportunity to get double the number of squares, however, there is no method to improve your odds of being on that square as each category has ten cards.
4) Each of the EIGHT starting squares require approximately the same number of squares to pass over five different coin markers to win the game.

Players have the option of applying some of their square moves to reposition an opponent’s piece on the board as a defensive strategy. The Player must move their piece at least ONE SQUARE and can then apply the remaining squares to move one or more other Players’ piece(s).
A. There are FOUR Subway Entrances on the board. To enter the Subway the player must use the exact number of squares required to land on the Subway Entrance which may require applying any remaining squares to another Player’s piece.
B. There are FOUR Subway Stations with Exits on the board. A Player who lands on a Subway Entrance must travel to one of the four Subway Stations of their choice and will be on the Station’s Exit square for the start of the next turn of play.
C. As a defensive strategy a Player can apply their squares, as per above, to another Player’s piece to put them on the Subway and send them to a Station of their choice.
A Player who is in the SURGERY section of the hospital at the START of their turn has the option of transferring to the hospital on the other side of town PRIOR to answering the Medical Question.
